We are five days away from opening our latest location! After heading north of Denver as co-owners of Basecamp in Lafayette, then heading east to Chicago with the acquisition of Second Shift, we are going south with our coworking selfs to Lone Tree.
We are excited to bring Creative Density’s friendly flare of coworking to South Denver’s remote workers and small teams. We are breaking up the boring and expensive office options that blanket Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, and Parker. Our graphic designer is making fun graphics that will bring a smile to your face around every turn, and the two patios are filled with overstuffed cushions and tables to work on as you soak in the sun and get vitamin C. We have hot-desking for $75, dedicated desk, and offices that start at $550.
As we prepare to welcome new members to our coworking space in Lone Tree, we’ve put just as much thought into the outdoor areas as the interior. Even though this is our fanciest place, our prices are incredibly reasonable. Hot desking plans start at $75, permanent desks at $300, and offices are $550 to $1300. Go to the Lone Tree page for the latest info.
What’s included in a coworking membership?
Everything! We like to keep things simple, don’t you? In your flat monthly price for a coworking membership or private office for your team you’ll get internet, furniture, early and late access, unlimited Queen City Coffee, something delicious on tap, and printing.
Can I bring my own furniture?
Yes, you certainly can.
Can I use this new coworking spot as my business address?
Yep! You need to look professional and our Park Meadows address is perfect for that.
What type of people work at Creative Density Coworking locations?
Friendly people. Honestly, it’s a wide spectrum with small teams , remote workers, and freelancers. We have lawyers, software developers, graphic designers, HR consultants, SEO freelancers, and photographers. We are a gathering hub for smart and friendly people.
Do you require a lease or contract?
All of our hot desk and dedicated desks are month-to-month. Our offices have a 2 or 3-month minimum and then it’s month-to-month.
Are there good lunch spots nearby?
Yes, yes, yes. In fact, on a tour Jim said his favorite Italian spot was just a three minute drive away and that he meets his friend at the sports bar just around the corner.
